Senior Executive Service Package: The Senior Executive Service Package is designed to assist individuals in pursuing Senior Executive Service (SES) positions in the Federal Government. The package includes coaching on the Executive Core Qualifications, preparation of senior leadership letters of recommendation, coaching on applying to SES Development Programs, and assistance in creating an SES resume. The cost of this package is $600.

• Coaching is provided on the Executive Core Qualifications in a one-hour session
• The package includes one hour of coaching on preparing senior leadership letters of recommendation
• Coaching on applying to SES Development Programs is provided in a one-hour session
• Assistance is provided in creating an SES resume, including the 1st, 2nd, and Final Drafts
